Information We Collect and How We Collect It
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" (IP) address. When a visitor requests a page from within the iVacation.com network, our web servers automatically recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you accessed our site. The iVacation.com web site logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. These logs are analyzed to constanlty improve the value of the materials available on the web site. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, but do not collect and evaluate this information for individuals. User sessions are tracked, but the user is not identifiable through that information. Nor do we use single-pixel gif images, sometimes referred to as web bugs or web beacons, to count web page accesses and general statistical information. |

By definition, Merchant's Club members of iVacation.com are individuals, families or property management companies whom maintain ownership or manage vacation properties that are affiliated with iVacation.com and whom maintain their membership in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Merchant's Club Membership. Merchant's Club members of iVacation.com whom register to access iVacation.com are identified and tracked throughout the website. While membership is required to gain access to the full breadth of online content, the general section maintained for visitors requires no registration for access to that particular area. |

We encourage all visitors to register with iVacation.com's Traveler's Club. Your name and e-mail address are used for sending out our newsletter containing product updates and periodic special offers on discounted accommodations and travel services.
