Activity Director can arrange golf, tennis, horseback riding, or visits to Wet ’N Wild, MGM Theme Park, Lake Mead/Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. (No pets allowed).

Cancellation Policy
1. If more than 60 days from arrival, 60% of renter payment refunded.
2. If between 59 and 30 days, 40% of renter payment refunded.
3. If less than 30 days, 20% of renter payment refunded.
