The property, located at the top of a hill and beautifully landscaped, is within walking distance to the private beach (with its many beach activities) and also shopping, restaurants, fishing and sightseeing. There are three swimming pools and the one pictured here is very near the condo.

Manzanillo is an easy picturesque one hour drive along excellent roads to Colima and 3 hours to Guadalajara. There are 2 golf courses and the tennis courts are in town.
