The 43’ lap pool is surrounded on three sides by a large and beautifully landscaped garden patio with lots of outdoor furniture. The four air conditioned bedrooms and the four adjoining bathrooms were designed to insure maximum sound and visual privacy, and all offer abundant closet space and tasteful furnishings.

The comfortable "Great Room" contains three large arched doorways that are framed by stately columns and beautiful native stonework opening to gentle breezes and water views. Combined with cathedral ceilings, rattan furniture, and stamped brick floors, to create a relaxing setting of casual, tropical comfort. The dining room is furnished with a rattan glass topped table that seats up to ten, while drinks and casual meals may be enjoyed in the garden patio.
